Winter can seem like an eternity, with cold temperatures and dark nights. Unfortunately this can result in neglected gardens, especially at such a busy time of year. At Flowers & Fields we believe the winter months are especially important; it's the season for reflection and preparation. In the colder months the main focus is on plant regeneration, which consists of extensive pruning to ensure a blossoming garden come spring. 

To many people's annoyance weeds of all species also still need to be removed and maintained. Moss growth is also common in the dark damp months of winter, of which we are able to offer a number of removal techniques.

Not to forget it is time to take special care of winter bedding as many flowers still like to blossom, such as Begonia's & Dahlia's. On top of this we can advise on other wonderful winter plants - resulting in your sanctuary looking exquisite all year round.

We also offer other services such as leaf removal from gardens and driveways, the removal of broken branches and fallen trees. 

When the weather really takes a turn for the worst you can always rely on us for snow removal, gritting and general pavement/patio clearings.
